I'm wondering if you're not allowed to drive a car without a hands free device for your cell phone are you allowed to ride a unicyle and talk on the phone with out a hands free devcie (it's hard to tell but it's true)? Of course you don't need your hands to ride a unicycle and therefore it must be okay.Lake Forest, CA
